Editors Forum Collaborates with UNESWA to deliver news media trasnformation
The Swaziland Editors Forum is proud to announce a three-year partnership programme with the University of Eswatini (UNESWA). The initiative aims at transformative capacity-building that strengthens professional competencies, ethical practice, media innovation and industry-academic collaboration. The project that is being launched in October 2026, seeks to enhance professional skills and competencies of working journalists in Eswatini. It will include promotion of ethical and responsible journalism as well as facilitating knowledge exchange between media practitioners and academics to support research, innovation and media development initiatives. The collaboration will include input from members of the Swaziland Editors Forum who will participate as mentors who will by teaching and action support the development of upcoming journalists as well as connect journalism students with the world of work. vi.
